What happens after this enquiry

- A written scoping noteWhether a ninety day pilot is possible, what would be tested, what would have to be true for it to count as a success, and a plain statement if we cannot help.
- Three things are written down and agreedWho runs the work, who signs, and who pays. They are often three different answers and none of them is assumed.
- The pilot starts and the clock starts with itThe decision date is ninety days from that day and is not moved.
